How We Work: Bespoke Travel Planning Made Simple

Our curated itineraries are for travelers who seek the extraordinary—every trip is tailored, every detail is intentional, and every moment is unforgettable. Whether you’re planning a special getaway for your family, friends, spouse, or even just a solo journey — our planning process is made simple, thanks to the help of our experienced travel advisors. Here’s how it works:

Initial Introduction

A member of our team will first reach out to you to capture all the important fundamentals of your trip, including your desired destination, dates of travel, number of passengers, and - most importantly - the why behind your trip. Your motivation for travel informs everything we do, and it ensures we perfectly tailor your experience to your specific desires and interests.

Advisor Consultation

Shortly after your initial consultation, an advisor from our team will personally reach out to you for a brief introduction. This person will be your dedicated advisor, and he or she will begin by providing verbal suggestions in response to your introductory conversation and ask clarifying questions prior to building your draft itinerary.

Bespoke Travel Itinerary Creation

Your advisor will create a draft itinerary for your trip, mapping out your destinations and activities each day for your initial review. This is the first step of a highly collaborative process as you will work directly with your advisor moving forward as the itinerary takes shape. Exceeding your expectations at every step of the itinerary creation is always the goal!

Itinerary Pricing

Once you and your advisor settle on a refined itinerary, you will receive our Terms and Conditions, and you will be asked for a $1,000 deposit. This good-faith deposit demonstrates mutual commitment to move forward as your advisor will now commit significant effort in pursuit of securing the various inclusions and developing a package quote. This deposit is not an added fee, and it is applied to the overall price of your trip.

Full Proposal

Once your advisor has the various elements of your itinerary secured, you will receive an updated proposal with a firm price. This proposal is a more detailed version of your itinerary, which includes robust descriptions and confirmations for hotel bookings, tours, and other elements of the trip. You can be assured that this price is inclusive of taxes with no hidden fees - every specified element of the trip, including our services, is included in the single figure your advisor provides.

Trip Booking

When you agree to the proposal and pricing, your advisor will collect a deposit and begin confirming all elements of the trip. If you begin the booking process far in advance of your trip departure, there may be a period of time when you do not hear directly from your advisor. You can rest assured that he or she is working diligently to confirm all trip arrangements on your behalf, and you can expect to receive updates as they arise.

Final Payment

Approximately 60 days before departure, your advisor will collect payment for the remaining balance on your trip. This final payment allows your advisor to confirm all elements with our partners to ensure your itinerary is planned to perfection.

Complete Itinerary

Within a few weeks of your departure, you will receive your final itinerary, which will include times, meeting places, contact information, confirmation numbers, and all necessary details you need for your upcoming trip. The format for this itinerary is electronic, viewable as either a webpage or via a free mobile app.  At this time, your advisor will also arrange a departure call in which you will review the itinerary, day-by-day, and pose any questions you might have prior to departure.
