PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION TERMS:
Deposit: $3,000 per person due upon registration
Second Payment: $3,000 additional due on or before May 26, 2026
Final Payment: Balance due 60 days prior to departure, August 17, 2026

ITINERARY
Day 1: Saturday, October 17 – Arrive Palermo | Regaleali Estate
Upon arrival to the Palermo Airport, meet your local Italian tour manager and board your deluxe motorcoach to Tasca D'Almerita - Regaleali Estate. Enjoy a private winery tour and tasting this evening, followed by a Welcome Dinner celebrating the Tasca family’s eight-generation Sicilian wine legacy.
Overnight at Regaleali Estate.
Day 2: Sunday, October 18 – Valley of the Temples | Secret Garden Experience
Enjoy your morning at leisure on the estate with lunch included. In the afternoon, depart for Agrigento for a guided visit of the Valley of the Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Conclude with an exclusive sunset aperitif at the Diodoros “Secret Garden,” a private citrus grove within the archaeological park featuring organic Sicilian specialties. Return to Regaleali for overnight.
Day 3: Monday, October 19 – Palazzo Adriano & Sosio Valley
After breakfast, travel into the Sicani Mountains for an immersive cultural experience in Palazzo Adriano and the Sosio Valley. Meet local shepherds, farmers, and artisans; learn of the craft of traditional ricotta-making and how to prepare authentic Sicilian cannoli shells. Enjoy a heartfelt family-style lunch with regional specialties and beverages. Return to Regaleali for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Tuesday, October 20 – Olive Oil Experience | Ragusa Countryside
After breakfast, check out from the estate and visit Arkè Oil Mill for a guided extra-virgin olive oil tasting and rustic Sicilian lunch. Continue south to check in at Baglio Occhipinti. This evening, enjoy a cooking demonstration and savory Sicilian dinner featuring authentic recipes. Overnight in the Ragusa countryside.
Day 5: Wednesday, October 21 – Baroque Sicily: Ragusa & Modica
Visit Arianna Occhipinti Winery for a private tasting of native Sicilian varietals. Continue to the UNESCO-listed towns of Ragusa and Modica, celebrated for their late Baroque architecture. Enjoy a chocolate workshop and lunch in Modica. Return to Baglio Occhipinti for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Thursday, October 22 – Catania | Taormina
After breakfast and check out, depart for Taormina, stopping en route at the historic Catania Fish Market for a guided visit and fresh seafood lunch. Continue to Taormina for a walking tour, including the renowned Ancient Theatre of Taormina with panoramic views of Mount Etna and the Ionian coast. Evening Tasting menu dinner at Teatro 44 in Taormina. Overnight at Hotel Villa Belvedere.
Day 7: Friday, October 23 – Mount Etna Jeep Adventure & Winery
Embark on a private Jeep excursion on Mount Etna, Europe’s highest active volcano and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore volcanic landscapes with a naturalist guide before visiting Cottanera Winery for a guided cellar tour, wine tasting, and lunch. Return to Taormina for a Farewell Dinner at a One Michelin-starred restaurant in Taormina. Overnight at Hotel Villa Belvedere.
Day 8: Saturday, October 24 – Depart Sicily
Private transfer to the Catania airport for departure flights home.
