PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION TERMS: 

Deposit: $2,500 per person due upon registration
Second Payment: $2,500 additional due on or before September 1, 2026
Final Payment: Balance due on or before January 23, 2027


All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.

ITINERARY


Day 1: Saturday, April 24 – ARRIVAL | WELCOME DINNER
Upon arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, you will be met at the aircraft with VIP Meet & Greet service and porterage assistance. You will be escorted through customs and baggage claim before meeting your private driver. Transfer by private vehicle to Sens and check in at Epona Hôtel Sens. This evening, enjoy a welcome cocktail followed by dinner at La Table d’Epona at the hotel. Overnight in Sens.


Day 2: Sunday, April 25 – CHABLIS | BEAUNE
After breakfast, check out and depart with your private driver toward Burgundy, stopping in Chablis. Enjoy a private winery visit and tasting at a local domaine. Lunch will be served featuring seasonal Burgundian cuisine. Continue to Beaune and check in at Le Cep, a charming 5-star hotel in the historic center. Dinner at leisure. Overnight in Beaune.


Day 3: Monday, April 26 – CÔTE DE BEAUNE | WINE & CYCLING EXPERIENCE
This morning, enjoy a half-day guided bike and wine tour through the vineyards of Côte de Beaune. Along the way, stop for a visit to a local producer for a tour and tasting. Lunch and afternoon at leisure. Later, enjoy a prestige tasting at Maison Champy, followed by a curated dinner with wine pairings. Overnight in Beaune.


Day 4: Tuesday, April 27 – DIJON DISCOVERY
Depart for a half-day guided exploration of Dijon, focused on its rich culinary heritage. Enjoy tastings of regional specialties while discovering the city’s historic center. Afternoon at leisure to relax or explore independently. Dinner at leisure. Overnight in Beaune.


Day 5: Wednesday, April 28 – CÔTE DE NUITS & HAUTES-CÔTES DE NUITS
Enjoy a full-day excursion with your private guide and driver through the prestigious Côte de Nuits wine region. Visit renowned appellations and vineyards known for exceptional Pinot Noir, with visits and tastings at two wineries. A leisurely lunch is included during the day. Return to Beaune in the evening. Dinner at leisure. Overnight in Beaune.


Day 6: Thursday, April 29 – BEAUNE | HISTORY & WINE EXPERIENCE
This morning, enjoy a private guided walking tour of Beaune, including the iconic Hospices de Beaune (Hôtel-Dieu). Continue with a curated wine tasting at Caves de l’Abbaye, followed by a traditional buffet-style lunch. In the afternoon, participate in a handson barrel-making workshop, where you will learn the art of cooperage and assemble a traditional Burgundian barrel. Dinner at leisure. Overnight in Beaune.


Day 7: Friday, April 30 – MÂCONNAIS | LYON
Depart Beaune with your private guide and driver for a full-day exploration of the Mâcon wine region. Begin with a visit to a traditional property to discover Burgundy truffles and local specialties, followed by tastings. Enjoy a two-course lunch with wine. In the afternoon, visit and tasting at a local domaine. Continue to Lyon and check in at InterContinental Lyon – Hôtel Dieu, a landmark 5-star hotel. Dinner at leisure. Overnight in Lyon.


Day 8: Saturday, May 1 – LES CAVES DE LA CHARTREUSE EXPERIENCE | FAREWELL DINNER
Enjoy a half-day visit to Les Caves de la Chartreuse, including a guided discovery and tasting of this iconic herbal liqueur. Return to Lyon for an afternoon at leisure. This evening, gather for a farewell dinner in Lyon. Overnight in Lyon.


Day 9: Sunday, May 2 – DEPART FRANCE
Group transfer to Lyon Airport for your departure.
